Individual therapy offers a space to focus on your inner experiences, personal patterns, and sense of self. The work centers on understanding your thoughts and emotions, building self-awareness and self-compassion, and supporting meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you。 I work with individuals experiencing:
Difficulties addressed in individual therapy are often not about something being “wrong” with a person, but about ways of responding to stress, managing emotions, protecting oneself, and making sense of experience that develop over time. These responses may once have been adaptive or necessary, but over time they can contribute to anxiety, emotional exhaustion, disconnection from oneself, or feeling stuck.
In individual therapy, we work with curiosity and compassion to understand these patterns, including how past experiences, trauma, neurodiversity, health concerns, and life transitions shape your inner world and relationships. The focus is on increasing awareness and emotional regulation, while developing more supportive ways of responding to yourself and the challenges you face.
The goal is not self-criticism or forcing change, but creating space for reflection and growth at a pace that feels sustainable—so your life can feel more grounded, meaningful, and aligned with your values.

My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and body-aware. I understand wellbeing as shaped by the interaction of thoughts, emotions, actions, the nervous system, and relationships, rather than as a single issue to be addressed in isolation.
I draw from cognitive, behavioural, and mindfulness-based practices to support clarity, emotional regulation, and practical coping in daily life. I also integrate existential–humanistic therapy to explore values, identity, responsibility, and meaning—particularly during periods of life transition, role change, or inner uncertainty.
Because stress and trauma are often experienced not only cognitively but also physically, I incorporate somatic work when appropriate. This may include grounding practices, body awareness, and meditation to support regulation, safety, and reconnection.
When clients are seeking more immediate movement or practical direction, I may also use solution-focused strategies to support measurable change in the present.
My work is additionally informed by constructivist and contemporary post-modern perspectives, which recognize how struggles and strengths are shaped by lived experience, cultural context, and the stories we carry about ourselves. Therapy can include gently examining these narratives and developing more supportive, workable ways of understanding what you have been through—without minimizing the reality of those experiences.
